Are Electronics purchased online covered by warranty?
All Electronics sold on artofliving.store come with minimum 1 year Manufacturer’s warranty.

What does warranty mean?
Warranty is applicable on case to case basis. Please refer to the warranty of the product.

What is the replacement policy?
Replacement will be given for the products which are damaged in transit only

How much are the delivery charges?
We offer free delivery on all items if your total order amount is Rs. 1000/- or above. Otherwise, a delivery charge of Rs. 100/- will apply. However, please note that shipping charges are applicable to specific products such as framed photos, and these charges are calculated based on the delivery location during the checkout process.

What is the estimated delivery time?
The minimum time for delivery of the product would be 7 to 10 working days. It may differ from one item to another and on the address it is shipped to. The delivery timeline may delay in case of Public/National Holidays, Strike and other unpredicted severe situations in the city.

How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your non-electronics items via Government Registered Speed-Post. If your order contains an electronics we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

How to Track the order?

What to do in case of Duplicate transaction for the product purchased?
If the Customer is found to be paid twice for one product then, customer would be getting the refund for duplicate transaction, which may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

Does artofliving.store deliver internationally?
Yes we deliver orders internationally.
