Kaushani Desai, has been a full time Art of Living teacher since January 2006. She has been teaching Ayurvedic Cooking and the Part 1, Yes and Art Excel. But her main focus has been to teach the ayurvedic cooking. (Art of cooking sattvic food).
Kaushani's passion for cooking started from, when she was only a child. She was a food enthusiast and used to love helping her mother in the kitchen and come up with amazing innovative dishes.
Her love for cooking stayed on and she completed her education with a degree in food and nutrition from SNDT University, Mumbai in the Year 2004. She has been practically traveling all over the world teaching how to cook vegetarian sattvic avurvedic food.
